Overview
On the way into the desert, stop at the women’s market in Ibra (Wednesdays only). Continue into Wahiba Sands to visit a Bedouin family for coffee and dates or even ride a camel (optional). After a drive through the dunes, reach the evergreen valley Wadi Bani Khalid to swim and walk. Bring a towel and adequate swimwear. The tour is in a 4WD.
